Strategic Planning & Grants Management

What we do

The Strategic Planning & Grants Management Department handles a number of important programs delivered to both the constituents of the County and the County workforce, including oversight of the County's grants enterprise and the creation and implementation of County crime reduction projects under the guidance of the Public Safety Coordinating Council, an advisory body to the Board of County Commissioners for matters relating to criminal justice.
