Submissions can be done individually or in bulk using a template. This website uses functionality that is not supported in Internet Explorer, so make sure you are using a browser likeChromeorFirefoxbefore proceeding. Please submit only the name of the street, do not add suffixes, types, or directionals.

1. Start by downloading the CSV template using theGet Templatebutton.
2. Open the file and enter your street names and the Project ID Number of the associated project.
3. Save the file as CSV.
4. Drag-n-Drop the file anywhere on the page. (The processing should start and show the results automatically)
5. Results appear showing a pass or fail for the individual entries. Only passing entries will be submitted to the Streets & Addresses team for the next round of review.
6. 单击Submitbutton to proceed or you may use theClear Allbutton to start the process over from step 2.

1. Enter the road name and the Project ID Number of the associated project.
2. 单击button to add another row. (The processing should start and show the results automatically)
3. Repeat until you have all of your requested submissions.
4. New additions are appended to any existing list and can be saved with theDownload Resultsbutton.
5. 单击Submitbutton to proceed or you may use theClear Allbutton to start the process over from step 1.
